Khansa joined One Stop Advice Centre as a volunteer and now employed as a Housing Advisor. Khansa has said that
working at One Stop Advice Centre has helped improve her skills and helped to become a confident individual. I started off by shadowing my senior colleagues and now have my own case load. Khansa also carries out regular research to learn about any new developments.
Khansa is known in her spare time to take part in charity events that helps raise awareness regarding various issues. She’s also taken part in an advice clinic, which helped young students learn more about different options that might be available to them in a mentoring role.
