One Stop Advice Centre (OSAC) provides comprehensive advice and support in areas (representation in some areas) of Welfare Benefits, Debt, Housing and Immigration. Our highly experienced caseworkers provide a comprehensive casework service providing advice and assistance from beginning to conclusion in some circumstances we are able to provide representation at social security appeal tribunals, housing repossession hearings, and other debt related matters at the Crown and County Court. The Service operates an appointment system throughout the week, and is open some evenings and Saturday mornings, providing greater access to advice and support. By way of background One Stop Advice Centre is a registered charity, which has been successfully running for over 10 years. Our initial outlook was to offer support to the most vulnerable in our community which primarily focused on women but through our experience we have expanded our services and are now providing support and guidance to not only women but to our youth.
